Hey, we're Jake & Steff! Family means the world to us, and we've always wanted to be parents. Sadly, after years of waiting, we've learned we won't be able to make our family the ole-fashioned way. We're part of an awesome flock of family and friends who have been beside us for both our celebrations and our tears. With their support -- and your help -- we can build a little nest of our own!
